The first we have renamed the SAFER Process, SAFER standing for the acrostic Solvent Applications For Ecological Remedies. The second is our PREFER vertically integrated precious metals mining and refining equipment. The mining processes utilize air concentrating technologies, high intensity magnetic separation, a proprietary chemical refining process .

The SAFER Process is patent application chemical process that was subject to a major industrial research and development program in the late 1970s. It has diverse uses in many energy conservation applications as well as in the reduction of biohazards and hazardous waste.
PREFER mining technologies were developed during the Great Depression turning scheelite tailings (tungsten) that began with a values of $2 per ton in 1930s prices and after processing the value was raised to $2000 per ton. Because of its combination of using air concentrators, rather than water, in combination with high intensity magnetic separation, virtually any analytically verifiable precious metals concentration today could be profitably extracted. Our refining process is based on South African refining technology in development before World War II and never redeveloped after the war.

The Company is now seeking accredited investors to help us design and build a SAFER Process pilot plant and to build and begin marketing our totally redesigned air concentrators a precious metals refining facility west of Spokane either in the city of Airway Heights or the town Reardan. Washington does not have an income tax for either businesses or individuals. Both of these communities with their proximity to Spokane offer access to the human, educational, infrastructure resources of the largest metropolitan area between Seattle and Minneapolis.
